Project Calgary has exclusively obtained postcards sent from Alberta’s absentee Premier Jason Kenney, who is reported to be on vacation in Europe and has not been seen nor heard from in the province since August 9th. Kenney and his entire UCP caucus are in hiding until at least September 5th.

Kenney’s “best summer ever” might be Alberta’s worst

Alberta’s “best summer ever” fourth COVID wave is raging out of control with more than 3,000 new cases over the last three days and climbing. Hospital admissions are on the rise causing Alberta Health Services to postpone 30% of non-urgent surgeries at hospitals in Calgary, Edmonton and Northern Alberta. Nurses are being notified that they will soon be forced to work mandatory overtime and cancel holidays. The UCP's Caucus Chair is hopeful Alberta will see an accelerated COVID case count. Meanwhile, students are returning to schools starting this week with no plan or new safety measures being provided by Kenney’s Government.

Grassroots coalition of physicians and scientists launches COVID-19 briefings in Alberta to fill the void left by the Alberta Government
